摘要: 上海圖書館東館屬于上海市重大工程,建筑設(shè)計(jì)以高大空間為主,結(jié)構(gòu)具有大跨度、大懸掛、大開洞的特點(diǎn)。 建筑主要柱網(wǎng)尺寸為 16. 8m×16. 8m,結(jié)構(gòu)四周的大跨外挑區(qū)域采用“多層懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)”,在屋頂設(shè)置雙向上翻鋼桁架,通過桁架端部的吊柱來傳遞下方 5 層懸掛區(qū)的荷載。 吊柱采用高強(qiáng)鋼拉桿,拉桿長度可調(diào)節(jié)以適應(yīng)施工誤差。 設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需考慮懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)的施工順序、防連續(xù)倒塌、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造等問題,針對上述設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)開展了專項(xiàng)計(jì)算分析、試驗(yàn)研究、健康監(jiān)測等。

Abstract: Shanghai East Library is a major project in Shanghai. The architectural design is mainly based on tall and largespace and the structure has the characteristics of large span, large suspension, and large openings. The main column gridsize of the building is 16. 8m×16. 8m. The large ̄span cantilever area around the structure adopts a " multi ̄layer suspendedstructure" . A two ̄way upturned steel truss is installed on the roof, and the load in the cantilever zone of the lower fivestories is transferred by the suspension columns at the end of the truss. The suspension columns are made of high ̄strengthsteel rods, and the length of the rod can be adjusted to meet the construction error. In the design, the constructionsequence, anti ̄progressive collapse, and joint construction of the suspended structure should be considered. Specialcalculation and analysis, experimental research, and health monitoring were carried out for the above design difficulties.
