摘要: 基于離心預(yù)制混凝土組合柱抗震性能試驗(yàn),采用 ABAQUS 軟件對(duì)該類型組合柱在軸壓及水平往復(fù)荷載作用下的受力性能進(jìn)行了非線性有限元分析,研究了軸壓比、預(yù)制管及芯部混凝土強(qiáng)度、體積配箍率和預(yù)制管空心率對(duì)柱承載力及變形能力的影響. 并采用擬合法建立了適用于該類型組合柱的恢復(fù)力模型. 研究結(jié)果表明:有限元結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,在軸壓及水平往復(fù)荷載作用下,柱的破壞模式為壓彎破壞,耗能能力較好. 柱承載力隨軸壓比增加而提高,但變形能力降低,當(dāng)軸壓比超過(guò)臨界值時(shí),柱的受力狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)為小偏心受壓,承載力降低;提高預(yù)制管或芯部混凝土強(qiáng)度可提高柱承載力,但會(huì)降低柱的變形性能;提高體積配箍率及降低預(yù)制管空心率可改善柱的變形能力,當(dāng)空心率降低至 20%后,其影響可忽略. 本文所建立的恢復(fù)力模型與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,能夠較為準(zhǔn)確地模擬該類型組合柱的滯回特性.

Finite element analysis on seismic behavior and research on restoring force model of concrete-filled centrifugal precast concrete tube columns

Abstract: Based on experimental on seismic behavior of concrete-filled centrifugal precast concrete tube columns, thenonlinear finite element analysis of mechanical behaviors of the columns under axial compression loads and lateral cyclicloads was carried out by using ABAQUS software. The influences of axial compression ratio, the strengths of the precasttube and core concrete, volume ratio of transverse stirrups and hollow ratio of the precast tube on the bearing anddeformation capacity of the columns were studied. The restoring force model of the columns was established by fittingmethod. The results show that the results of finite element simulations are in good agreement with that of the test. Thefailure modes of the columns under axial compression and lateral cyclic loads are compressed-flexural failure, with a goodenergy dissipation performance. The bearing capacity of the columns is enhanced with the increase of axial compressionratio, while deformation capacity deteriorates, when axial compression ratio exceeds the limit value, the bearing capacitydecreases because the stress state of the column changes to small eccentric compression. The bearing capacity can beenhanced by improving the strengths of the precast tube or core concrete, but it has a negative effect on the deformationcapacity of the columns. Increasing the volume ratio of transverse stirrups and decreasing the hollow ratio of the precast tubecan improve the deformation capacity of the columns, but when the hollow ratio is reduced to 20%, the effect can beneglected. The established restoring force model is in good agreement with the experimental results, which can accuratelysimulate the hysteretic behavior of this type of composite columns.
