鋼管約束混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)研究現(xiàn)狀

摘要: 鋼管約束混凝土(steel tube confined concrete,STCC)組合結(jié)構(gòu),就是在鋼管內(nèi)部澆筑混凝土,通過構(gòu)造作用(在柱端將鋼管斷開)使得荷載僅施加在核心混凝土上. 由于鋼管只對核心混凝土起約束作用,不承擔(dān)縱向荷載,從而有效地提高了混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度和延性,鋼管約束混凝土具有承載力高、延性好、施工方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)性能顯著等優(yōu)點(diǎn). 首先回顧了鋼管約束混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展歷史,然后從構(gòu)件、節(jié)點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)三個方面綜述了鋼管約束混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的研究現(xiàn)狀、主要的理論發(fā)展和技術(shù)成果,最后總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有研究的不足. 總之,建議提出更多材質(zhì)、更多構(gòu)造的金屬管約束混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)新體系,進(jìn)一步研究該類結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)造和動力特性,提出切實可行的設(shè)計方法并形成統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計規(guī)范.

Research state of steel tube confined concrete composite structure

Abstract: Steel tube confined concrete (STCC) composite structure is to pour concrete inside the steel tube, so that theload is only applied to the core concrete through the structural action (breaking the steel tube at the column end). As thesteel tube only has constraint to the core concrete, it does not bear any load longitudinally, thus effectively improves thecompressive strength and ductility of the concrete. STCC has high loading capacity, good ductility, constructionconvenience, remarkable economic performance and other advantages. Firstly, the development history of STCC compositestructure was reviewed, and then the research status, main theoretical development and technical achievements of STCCcomposite structures were summarized from three aspects: members, joints and structures. Finally, drawbacks of thesestudies were mentioned in the end. In conclusion, it is suggested that a new system of concrete structure confined by metaltube with more materials and structures should be proposed to further study the key structure and dynamic characteristics ofthis kind of structure, put forward the feasible design method and form the unified design criterion.
