摘要: 從樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)選型、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)等方面闡述了長(zhǎng)沙國(guó)際會(huì)議中心 75m 大跨鋼桁架的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),采用有限元模擬方法對(duì)豎向荷載下鋼桁架極限承載力、樓板剛度及溫度作用對(duì)鋼桁架受力的影響進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)對(duì)樓蓋舒適度評(píng)估等設(shè)計(jì)重難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究. 結(jié)果表明,通過調(diào)整構(gòu)件安裝次序可使桁架構(gòu)件內(nèi)力得到合理重分配,局部構(gòu)件屈服后鋼桁架整體仍有較大的承載能力和變形能力,混凝土樓板對(duì)鋼桁架受力的影響主要限于與樓板直接接觸的桁架上弦. 大跨樓蓋能滿足正常使用舒適度要求,相關(guān)技術(shù)研究成果可供類似工程參考.

Mechanical behavior analysis and design of large-span steel truss for Changsha International Conference Center

Abstract: The design key points of the 75m large-span steel truss for Changsha International Conference Center weredescribed from the aspects of the selection for floor structure and joint design. The finite element simulation method wasused to analyze ultimate bearing capacity of steel truss under vertical load, the influence of floor stiffness and temperatureon the steel truss mechanical behavior. At the same time, the design of floor comfort evaluation and other important anddifficult points were studied. The results show that the internal forces of truss members can be reasonably redistributed byadjusting their installation sequence, the steel truss still have great bearing capacity and deformation capacity after localmembers yield. The influence of concrete floor on the force of steel truss is mainly limited to the upper chord of trussdirectly in contact with the floor. The large-span floor can meet the comfort requirements, the research results can be usedas reference for similar projects.
