摘 要

摘要: 華潤置地總部大廈屬于超 B 級(jí)高度的超限高層建筑,采用帶伸臂桁架和環(huán)桁架的框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目基本情況進(jìn)行了介紹,給出了結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載和小震以及大震作用下的整體指標(biāo)關(guān)鍵結(jié)果. 然后針對(duì)東西側(cè)框架梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)偏心對(duì)整體模型剛度以及框架柱設(shè)計(jì)的影響進(jìn)行了分析,得到了整體模型框架梁端剛度釋放比例以及角柱等效長度系數(shù). 最后針對(duì)核心筒的縮進(jìn)與轉(zhuǎn)換,進(jìn)行了重力和側(cè)力下的墻體受力分析,并通過有限元模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證. 分析表明通過轉(zhuǎn)換層以上墻體開洞、轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板配筋加強(qiáng)等措施,能避免剛度突變,確保結(jié)構(gòu)傳力的有效性,滿足抗震性能目標(biāo).

Abstract: Headquarter of China Resources Land Limited is a super high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement ofheight in the Chinese code, which adopts a hybrid frame-core tube structure system with outrigger and belt truss. Firstly,the basic situation of the project was introduced, and the key results of the overall index of the structure under wind loadand frequent / rare earthquakes were given. Then, the effects of the eccentricity of the east-west frame beam-column jointson the stiffness of the whole model and the design of the frame column were analyzed, and the stiffness release ratio of theframe end and the equivalent length coefficient of the corner column were obtained. Finally, the wall force analysis undergravity and lateral force was carried out and verified by finite element model to study the core wall set back and transfer. Theanalysis shows that the sudden change of stiffness can be avoided by opening holes in the wall above the transfer floor andstrengthening the reinforcement of the transfer floor, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the structural force transmission andmeet the seismic performance objectives.
