華潤置地總部大廈塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選

摘要: 華潤置地總部大廈屬于超 B 級(jí)高度的超限高層建筑. 為了確定性能最優(yōu)、最符合建筑設(shè)計(jì)要求的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,項(xiàng)目在方案階段對各種可能的結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的比選,包括抗側(cè)力體系比選、樓蓋體系比選和結(jié)構(gòu)柱形式比選等. 抗側(cè)力體系比選,對混合結(jié)構(gòu)方案的伸臂桁架或環(huán)桁架加強(qiáng)層進(jìn)行敏感性分析來確定其數(shù)量與最優(yōu)樓層;對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)方案明確僅需要在 43 層南北側(cè)設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換桁架就可以滿足規(guī)范對整體指標(biāo)的要求. 樓蓋體系比選著重比較了各結(jié)構(gòu)方案能實(shí)現(xiàn)的凈高. 對各種結(jié)構(gòu)柱形式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的比較從而確定最優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)柱形式. 最后總結(jié)和比較了各結(jié)構(gòu)方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并確定最終結(jié)構(gòu)方案.

Comparison and selection of structural system of Headquarter of China Resources Land Limited

Abstract: Headquarter of China Resources Land Limited is super high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement ofheight in the Chinese code. In order to obtain the structural system with the optimal structural performance and best meetthe architectural requirement, various possible structural systems were carefully compared at schematic design phrase,which included the comparison of lateral resisting systems, gravity systems and form of structural columns. For comparisonof lateral resisting system, the number and optimal floors for the strengthened floors with outrigger or belt truss for hybridstructural system were determined via sensitivity analysis. Only transfer truss at the north and south sides of the tower at the43thfloor were required for concrete structural system to meet the code requirement of overall performance. The comparisonof gravity system mainly focused on the clear height achieved by various structural systems. The pros and cons of variousforms of structural columns were carefully compared to determine the optimal form of structural columns. Lastly, theadvantages and disadvantages of various structural systems were summarized and compared to determine the optimalstructural system.
