摘要: 本工程屬于超高層建筑,基于概念設(shè)計(jì)理念,根據(jù)抗震原則及建筑特點(diǎn),對(duì)比分析了幾種結(jié)構(gòu)方案的抗側(cè)剛度效率及工程經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo),最終選取了不帶加強(qiáng)層的型鋼混凝土柱鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒的結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 抗震設(shè)計(jì)中采用性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法,采用多種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性、彈塑性計(jì)算,并根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)關(guān)鍵和重要構(gòu)件的抗震性能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算. 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理,整個(gè)體系具有良好的抗震性能和有效的耗能機(jī)制.

Structural scheme and design of a super high-rise office building in Zhuhai

Abstract:This project is a super high-rise building. Based on the concept of design, according to the seismic principle andbuilding characteristics, the lateral stiffness efficiency and engineering economic index of several structural schemes werecompared and analyzed. Finally, the structural system of steel reinforced concrete frame-core tube without strengtheningstory was adopted. The performance design method was adopted in the seismic design, and a variety of software was used tocalculate the elasticity and elastic-plastic of the structure, and the seismic performance of the key and important componentswas checked according to the calculation results. The results show the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of thecode, and the structural design is reasonable. The whole system has good seismic performance and effective energydissipation mechanism.
