摘 要

摘要: 中信城市廣場(chǎng)三期 B 地塊辦公樓主塔采用密柱框架-核心筒+環(huán)帶桁架混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,針對(duì)此密柱網(wǎng)混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和性能目標(biāo)要求進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)并分類歸納總結(jié),提出一系列結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)措施. 通過(guò)增設(shè)適宜剛度的環(huán)帶桁架加強(qiáng)層從而增強(qiáng)外框架剛度;加強(qiáng)層樓板采用鋼梁+鋼水平撐+鋼筋桁架樓承板以可靠傳遞加強(qiáng)層外框架與核心筒間的剪力;分叉斜柱角度控制在 10°范圍以內(nèi),采用型鋼混凝土節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì);通過(guò)設(shè)置鋼框梁連接墻肢內(nèi)嵌型鋼暗柱形成整體墻內(nèi)約束型鋼邊框可以進(jìn)一步有效地提高底部和加強(qiáng)層核心筒的延性與增強(qiáng)組合結(jié)構(gòu)整體承載能力. 分析結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)各項(xiàng)措施后結(jié)構(gòu)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,整體性能安全可靠.

Abstract: The main building tower on Block B in CITIC City Plaza Phase Ⅲ adopts a hybrid structure system of densecolumn frame-core tube + ring belt truss. According to the structural characteristics and performance target requirements ofthis dense column grid hybrid structure system, the seismic performance-based design was carried out and classified. Insummary, a series of structural strengthening measures were proposed. Increase the rigidity of the outer frame by adding areinforcement layer with an appropriate rigidity ring belt truss. The reinforced floor slab adopts steel beams + steelhorizontal bracing + steel truss floor deck to reliably transmit the shear force between the outer frame of the reinforced layerand the core tube. The angle of the bifurcated inclined column is controlled within the range of 10°, and the joint design ofsteel concrete is adopted. The steel frame beam and the inner steel column of the wall pier form a constrained steel frameinside the wall, which can improve the ductility and overall bearing capacity of the core tube at the bottom and thereinforcement layer. The analysis results show that the structure meets the design requirements after passing variousmeasures, the overall performance is safe and reliable.
