摘要: JSCA 提出了判定建筑物抗震性能等級的標準. 為了判定抗震性能等級,采用了建筑設計中通常采用的容許應力計算法和極限水平承載力法的結果. 使用實際設計的建筑和 JSCA 出版物中的設計實例對所提出的標準進行了驗證. 具體來說,使用質點系模型的非線性時程反應分析來驗證和分析所提出的標準的有效性.

Abstract: JSCA proposes the judgment criteria for judging seismic performance level of buildings. To judge seismicperformance level, the results of the allowable stress calculation method and the ultimate lateral capacity method, which areordinarily adopted in the design of buildings, are used. In this paper, the proposed criteria are verified using the practicallydesigned buildings and the design examples in JSCA’s publications. Specifically, the results of nonlinear response historyanalysis using lumped mass model are applied to verify and analysis the validity of the proposed criteria.
