摘要: 2021 年版《JSCA 性能設(shè)計手冊》提出了一個簡單方法來確定中低層建筑的抗震性能等級. 展示了該方法的應(yīng)用范圍,并解釋了用于確定抗震性能等級的保有水平承載力的新概念.

Commentary to the 2021 edition of the JSCA performance-based seismic design manual part 1:
scope and criteria of seismic performance grade “simplified method”

Abstract: 2021 edition of the JSCA performance-based seismic design manual proposes a simple method for determiningseismic performance grades for low-rise buildings. The scope of application of this method will be shown, and the newconcept of performance-preserving horizontal strength for determining seismic grade will be explained.
