摘要: 從 1995 年兵庫(kù)縣南部地震到 2016 年熊本地震的約 20 年時(shí)間里,巨大地震不斷給日本社會(huì)造成損失. 與此同時(shí),抗震技術(shù)也在進(jìn)步發(fā)展. 但在實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)中,結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)人員受到 1981 年確立的新抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法的束縛,對(duì)于建筑在巨大地震中的狀態(tài)和業(yè)主之間還缺乏溝通. 通過(guò)與業(yè)主對(duì)話,共同設(shè)定建筑目標(biāo)性能,共同營(yíng)造安全安心的建筑,是結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)人員應(yīng)該追求的目標(biāo).

Design of a safety building which you can be relieved with order person

Abstract: After Hyogo-ken Nanbu Earthquake in 1995, until Kumamoto Earthquake in 2016, Japan has have experiencedHuge-earthquakes during about 20 years which brought big damages. Meanwhile, earthquake-resistant technologies aremaking progress. But the structural engineers are tied to new earthquake-resistant design method in 1981 and could notenough dialogue about building behavior by huge-earthquakes. The structural engineers would like to make safety buildingsthrough dialogues with order person about the building majority and the performances.
