摘要: 主要介紹 JSCA 性能設(shè)計(jì)部會(huì)從 1997 年創(chuàng)始至 2010 年為止的研究成果之一性能選單手冊(cè),以及之后展開(kāi)的性能設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的研究和課題. JSCA 性能設(shè)計(jì)和性能選單的內(nèi)容包括:明確性能需求,設(shè)定目標(biāo)性能,評(píng)價(jià)性能,表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)性能. 性能選單中劃分了不同的性能等級(jí),以建筑基準(zhǔn)法的規(guī)定作為建筑所需的最低限性能等級(jí)(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)級(jí)),在此之上設(shè)定更高的性能等級(jí)(高級(jí)、特級(jí)). 通過(guò)本文可以系統(tǒng)了解 JSCA 性能設(shè)計(jì)的演變過(guò)程.

JSCA target performance and performance menu system outline and issues

Abstract: The Performance Menu Handbook, one of the research results of the JSCA Performance-based Design Committeefrom its inception in 1997 to 2010, and the research and topics related to performance-based design that have beendeveloped since then were introduced. The contents of JSCA target performance and performance menu include clarifyingperformance requirements, setting target performance, evaluating performance, and expressing design performance.Different performance levels are divided in the performance menu, and the regulations of the Building Standard Law areused as the minimum performance level (base level) required by the building, and a higher performance level (advanced,special level) is set above this. Through this article, the evolution process of JSCA performance-based design and absorbits essence can be systematically understood.
