波紋鋼板組合框架節(jié)點抗震性能試驗研究

摘要: 基于波紋鋼-鋼管混凝土組合柱與 U 形外包波紋鋼-混凝土組合梁,以“強節(jié)點弱構(gòu)件”的設(shè)計原則提出了一種施工便捷、傳力明確的節(jié)點連接方式. 對中節(jié)點試件進行了低周往復(fù)加載下的擬靜力試驗,分析了節(jié)點的破壞形態(tài)、滯回曲線、耗能能力、延性、梁端塑性鉸區(qū)以及節(jié)點核心區(qū)關(guān)鍵部位鋼材的應(yīng)變變化,通過有限元軟件對節(jié)點進行模擬,并與試驗進行對比發(fā)現(xiàn)二者吻合較好. 研究表明:試件最終破壞的位置為梁端理想塑性鉸區(qū),節(jié)點核心區(qū)域未發(fā)生明顯破壞,實現(xiàn)了塑性鉸的外移;試件滯回曲線飽滿,等效黏滯阻尼系數(shù)為 0. 206,延性系數(shù)為 3. 67,說明試件具有較好的耗能能力以及延性. 節(jié)點域鋼材各位置應(yīng)變分布均勻,傳力效果良好,節(jié)點核心區(qū)未屈服,梁下翼緣塑性鉸區(qū)應(yīng)變達到屈服應(yīng)變,節(jié)點工作性能良好,能有效傳遞彎矩以及剪力.

Seismic performance test research on composite frame joint using corrugated steel plates

Abstract: Based on the corrugated steel-tubular composite column infilled with concrete and reinforced concrete beam withU shape corrugated steel webs developed, a connection method with convenient construction and clear force transmissionwas proposed based on the design principle of " strong joints and weak components" . A pseudo-static test under low-cyclereciprocating loading of the middle joint specimen was carried out, the failure form, hysteresis curve, energy dissipationcapacity, ductility, plastic hinge area of the beam end and the strain change of the key parts of the core area of the jointswere analyzed. Numerical simulation for joint was carried out through finite element software, which is consistent with theexperimental phenomenon. The research results show that the final failure position of the specimen is the plastic hinge areaat the beam end, the core area of the joint has no obvious damage, the plastic hinge is moved outward; the hysteresis curveof the specimen is full, and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the specimen is 0. 206 and the ductility coefficientis 3. 67, which show that the specimen has good energy consumption and ductility. The steel strains in the joint area areevenly distributed in various positions, and the force transmission effect is good. The core area of the joint is not yielded,and the strain of the lower flange of the plastic hinge area of the beam end reaches the yield strain. The joint workperformance is good, and the bending moment and shear force can be effectively transmitted.
