專用預(yù)埋鋼絞線吊件力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 為研究專用預(yù)埋鋼絞線吊件與混凝土之間的粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度,考慮不同錨固長(zhǎng)度、彎折角度、末端形式對(duì)承載力的影響. 對(duì)專用預(yù)埋鋼絞線吊件進(jìn)行了與混凝土粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度的試驗(yàn)、三種拉拔承載力試驗(yàn)以及與圓鋼吊環(huán)試驗(yàn)對(duì)比試驗(yàn). 通過(guò)試驗(yàn)確定了預(yù)埋鋼絞線吊件與混凝土之間的粘結(jié)錨固強(qiáng)度. 結(jié)果表明:鋼絞線吊件的錨固長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到 40d(d 為鋼鉸線直徑)以上時(shí),粘結(jié)錨固力會(huì)大于吊件強(qiáng)度,使鋼絞線吊件發(fā)生屈服破壞,鋼絞線吊件的彎折角度在 120° ~ 150°中間對(duì)鋼絞線吊件承載力基本沒(méi)有影響,鋼絞線吊件的末端經(jīng)過(guò)處理后破壞形態(tài)由脆性變?yōu)檠有郧页休d力有所增加. 結(jié)果表明,鋼絞線吊件具有良好的力學(xué)性能,鋼絞線吊件在承載力方面優(yōu)于圓鋼吊環(huán).

Experimental study on mechanical properties of special embedded lifting loop of strand

Abstract: In order to study the bonding anchorage strength between the special embedded lifting loop of strand and theconcrete, the effect on bearing capacity was considered under various anchorage length,bending angle and the forms of theend. The experiments had been done concerning special embedded lifting loop of strand, namely, the experiment ofbonding anchorage strength with the concrete,three experiments of pull-out bearing capacity and the comparative experimentagainst round steel lifting ring. The bonding anchorage strength between the embedded lifting loop of strand and theconcrete was determined by experiments. The results show that yield sabotage would be occur to the lifting loop of strandwhen whose anchorage length was up to 40d ( d is the diameter of steel strand) or longer, simultaneously, the bondinganchoring force would be greater than the strength of the lifting loop. At the condition that the bending angle of the liftingloop of strand is between 120° ~ 150°, which basically has no significant effect on the bearing capacity of lifting loops ofstrand. The failure form of the lifting loop of strand changed from brittle to ductile and the bearing capacity increased afterwhose end forms had been treated. The results show that lifting loop of strand has excellent mechanical properties and it isbetter than round steel lifting ring of bearing capacity.
