摘要: 為研究一種新型法蘭栓焊連接柱節(jié)點(diǎn)在多高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中的工程應(yīng)用,對 3 個(gè)法蘭連接足尺模型試件進(jìn)行了靜力加載試驗(yàn),并建立 ABAQUS 有限元模型對其進(jìn)行對比論證以及理論分析. 分析結(jié)果表明:新型法蘭栓焊連接節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能良好,對比傳統(tǒng)法蘭連接節(jié)點(diǎn)其剛度和承載力均有所提升;新型法蘭栓焊連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞模式有所改善. 得出了不同焊縫尺寸下新型法蘭栓焊連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的螺栓與焊縫承受彎矩的受力分配比,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果具有較好的一致性.

Experimental study and finite element analysis on mechanical behavior of flange bolted-welded connection joints of fabricated steel frame column

Abstract: In order to study the engineering application of a new type of flange bolted-welded connection column joints inmulti-stored steel structures, static loading tests were carried out on 3 full-scale model specimens of flange connection, andthe ABAQUS finite element model was established to carry out comparative demonstration and theoretical analysis. Theanalysis results show that the new type of flange bolted-welded connection joints stress performance is good, and thestiffness and bearing capacity are improved compared to traditional flange connection. The failure mode of the new typeflange bolted-welded connection joint has been improved. The stress distribution ratio between the bolt of the new typeflange bolted-welded connection joint and the bending moment of the welding joint under different weld sizes was obtained,the experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results.
