新型不出筋拼縫混凝土疊合板受彎性能試驗研究

摘 要

摘要: 提出兩種預(yù)制底板不伸出鋼筋的新型拼縫,即階梯拼縫和弧形螺栓拼縫,并針對兩種新型拼縫和后澆帶拼縫開展了混凝土疊合板試件的靜力加載試驗. 通過試件的破壞過程和形態(tài)、應(yīng)變分布特征、荷載-撓度曲線、特征荷載值的對比,研究了后澆層厚度、拼縫附加鋼筋的配筋設(shè)置、拼縫形式對疊合板受彎性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:兩種新型拼縫可以防止拼縫處的裂縫沿疊合面橫向發(fā)展而過早破壞;抗彎剛度和承載力隨鋼筋屈服強度的增大及后澆層厚度的增大而增大;階梯拼縫板可以達到與后澆帶拼縫板一樣的受彎性能. 結(jié)合試驗數(shù)據(jù),提出了兩種新型拼縫的配筋設(shè)計方法.

Experimental study on bending performance of concrete composite slabs using new connection joints without extended bars

Abstract: Two new connection joints that do not extend the reinforcement on the prefabricated slabs, namely stepped jointand arc bolt joint, were proposed, and the static loading tests of concrete composite slab specimens with two new connectionjoints and post-pouring belt joints were carried out. By the comparison of the failure process and damage states, straindistribution characteristics, load-deflection curves and characteristic load values of the specimens, the influences of thethickness of post-pouring layer, the setting of the additional reinforcement at joints and the form of the joint on the bendingperformance of composite slabs were studied. The results show that the two new connection joints avoid the early failureresult from cracks along the transverse direction at laminated face. The bending stiffness and bearing capacity increase withthe increase of yield strength of reinforcement and the thickness of post-cast layer. The slab with stepped joint can achievethe same bending performance as the slab with post-cast joint. Based on the test data, the reinforcement design methods oftwo new connection joints were proposed.
