摘要: 采用單向循環(huán)加載對鋼筋混凝土柱受人工海水鹽溶液腐蝕后進行形狀記憶合金( SMA)加固,研究其受力性能. 試驗結果表明:試件經鹽溶液腐蝕后,SMA 加固試件的剛度、延性得到了較大的提升,而承載力提升不大,且隨著鹽溶液濃度的增加,其剛度、延性以及承載力提升幅度在減小甚至無明顯變化,說明 SMA 絲加固對試件遭受一定濃度鹽溶液腐蝕具有抵抗作用. 鹽溶液濃度的增加會降低鋼筋混凝土柱的承載力、剛度和延性,隨著鹽溶液濃度的增加,承載力降低幅度增大,耗能性能降低幅度變小. 鹽溶液濃度為 15%時,SMA 加固試件的耗能性能比未腐蝕未加固試件高約 4 倍,表明 SMA 加固能很好地改善試件的耗能性能.

Study on axial compression performance of seawater corroded reinforced concrete columns strengthened by SMA reinforced by uniaxial cyclic loading

Abstract:Unidirectional cyclic loading was used to perform shape memory alloy ( SMA) reinforcement and study itsmechanical properties. The test results show that after the specimens is corroded by salt solution, the rigidity and ductilityof the specimen is greatly improved by the reinforcemengt of SMA, but the bearing capacity has not improved much, andwith the increase of the salt solution concentration, its lifting range of rigidity, ductility and bearing capacity is reduced oreven has no obvious change, indicating that the SMA wire reinforcement has a resistance to corrosion of the specimentsubjected to a certain concentration of salt solution. The increase of the salt solution concentration will reduce the bearingcapacity, rigidity and ductility of the reinforced concrete column. With the increase of the salt solution concentration, thereduction of the bearing capacity will increase and the reduction of the energy consumption will be smaller. When the saltsolution concentration is 15%, the energy consumption performance of the SMA reinforced specimen is about 4 times higherthan that of the uncorroded unreinforced specimen, indicating that SMA reinforcement can well improve the energydissipation performance of the specimen.Keywords:reinforced concrete column; seawater corrosion; mechanical property; axial compression performance; shapememory alloy; cyclic loading
