混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要

摘要: 通過 9 片混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板的擬靜力試驗(yàn),對一種混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板在低周反復(fù)荷載下的抗震性能進(jìn)行了研究,研究了高寬比、豎向壓應(yīng)力對墻板抗震性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:通過設(shè)置適當(dāng)?shù)倪B接件,能夠保證混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板兩側(cè)混凝土面層整體工作,該種墻板具有良好的抗震性能;混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板具有較高的抗剪承載力,在水平荷載作用下最終發(fā)生正截面受壓破壞,未產(chǎn)生剪切破壞;由于鋼筋網(wǎng)強(qiáng)度較高,試件破壞時鋼筋強(qiáng)度未得到充分發(fā)揮;墻板內(nèi)的鋼筋網(wǎng)對墻板的抗震性能具有重要影響,鋼筋網(wǎng)應(yīng)為完整的網(wǎng)片,不能由兩片點(diǎn)焊拼接而成;混凝土夾芯復(fù)合板的延性與高寬比及豎向壓應(yīng)力有關(guān),高寬比及豎向壓應(yīng)力越大,延性越好;墻板的水平抗側(cè)承載力由正截面彎曲受壓決定,其承載力可參照鋼筋混凝土剪力墻計(jì)算,但計(jì)算時考慮到鋼筋強(qiáng)度不能充分發(fā)揮作用,應(yīng)將鋼筋的強(qiáng)度乘以 0. 55 的利用系數(shù).

Experimental investigation of seismic performance on concrete sandwich composite plate

Abstract: Based on the quasi-static test of nine concrete sandwich composite panels, the seismic performance of akind of concrete sandwich composite panel under low cyclic loading was studied. The influence of height width ratioand vertical compressive stress on the seismic performance of the wall panel was studied. The results show that theconcrete surface layer on both sides of the concrete sandwich composite panel can be ensured to work as a whole bysetting appropriate connectors, and the wall panel has good seismic performance. Concrete sandwich composite platehas high shear capacity, under the action of horizontal load, the normal section compression failure occurs, but noshear failure occurs. Due to the high strength of the steel wire mesh, the strength of the steel bar is not fully used whenthe specimen is damaged. The steel mesh in the wall panel has an important impact on the seismic performance of thewall panel, and the steel mesh should be a complete mesh, and can not be made by two pieces of spot welding. Theductility of concrete sandwich composite slabs is related to the ratio of height to width and vertical compressive stress.The ductility is better when the ratio of height to width and vertical compressive stress are larger. The horizontal lateralbearing capacity of the wall panel is determined by the bending and compression of the normal section, and its bearingcapacity can be calculated with reference to the reinforced concrete shear wall. However, considering that the strengthof the steel bar can not play a full role in the calculation, the strength of the reinforcement should be multiplied by theutilization factor of 0. 55.
