豎向分布鋼筋不連接裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與施工

摘 要

摘要: 針對(duì)套筒連接的裝配式剪力墻施工工序復(fù)雜、建造效率低、質(zhì)量不易保證問題,基于等強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,提出了一種新型豎向分布鋼筋不連接裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系(SGBL 裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)). 該體系預(yù)制墻體豎向分布鋼筋斷開,采用坐漿連接方式,兩側(cè)現(xiàn)澆邊緣構(gòu)件配筋相應(yīng)加大. 詳細(xì)介紹了該體系的特點(diǎn)以及相應(yīng)的“設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、施工”一體化建造模式,圍繞示范工程,采用數(shù)值分析等方法對(duì)該體系的抗震性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明 SGBL 裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能與套筒灌漿剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系相當(dāng),坐漿工藝可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)成本降低6. 5%,每片預(yù)制墻體安裝時(shí)間節(jié)約 15min,平均施工效率提高約 25%,綜合效益顯著,取得了良好的示范效果.

Design and construction of monolithic assembled concrete shear wall structure with non-connected vertical distribution reinforcement

Abstract:According to the problems of complex construction procedures, low construction efficiency and difficult qualityassurance of sleeve-connected assembled concrete shear wall structure, based on the principle of equal-strength design, anew type of monolithic assembled concrete shear wall structure with non-connected vertical distribution reinforcement(SGBL assembly shear wall structure) was proposed. The vertical distributed reinforcement was disconnected of theassembly walls and cement-based grouts connection was applied. Correspondingly, the reinforcements of the cast-in-situboundary element on both sides were enlarged. The characteristics as well as the integrated construction mode of “design,production and construction” were introduced in detail on the structural system. Based on the demonstration project, theseismic performance of the system was compared by numerical analysis. The results show that the seismic performance ofthe SGBL monolithic assembly shear wall structure is equivalent to that of the grout-filled coupling sleeve shear wallstructural system, cement-based grouts connection is reliable and the structure cost is reduced by 6. 5%. The installationtime of the assembly wall was saved by 15 minutes, and construction efficiency is increased by about 25% averagely, andthe comprehensive benefit is obvious and good demonstration effects have been achieved.
