摘要: 通過對(duì)某局部傾斜建筑物不均勻沉降和上部結(jié)構(gòu)受損情況調(diào)查,分析該建筑物產(chǎn)生不均勻沉降后其受力及變形特點(diǎn),給出建筑物局部傾斜基本特征及其與整體傾斜的區(qū)別. 并根據(jù)局部傾斜特征將建筑物分為“剛性轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)區(qū)”和“轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)”,進(jìn)一步對(duì)不同類型的“轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)”的受損特征及其影響因素展開分析. 分析結(jié)果表明,糾傾處理時(shí)以“分區(qū)處理,整體協(xié)調(diào)”為總體思路,對(duì)“剛性轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)區(qū)”進(jìn)行局部頂升復(fù)位,對(duì)不同類型的“轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)”視情況采取截柱迫降、設(shè)置糾傾分隔帶、受損構(gòu)件加固、采用拉區(qū)圍箍式聯(lián)合頂升承臺(tái)實(shí)施頂升等措施,可取得良好的糾傾效果.

Research and application of integrated incline-rectifying by region for a partially inclined building

Abstract: Through the investigation of the uneven settlement and superstructure damage of a partially inclined building, theforce and deformation characteristics of the building after the uneven settlement were analyzed, and the basic characteristicsof partially inclined buildings and its difference form the overall inclined buildings were given. According to thecharacteristics of partially inclined, the building was divided into " rigid rotation zone" and " coordinated rotation zone" ,and the damaged characteristics and influencing factors of different types of " coordinated rotation zone" were furtheranalyzed. The analysis results show that the rectifying tilt processing with " partition processing and overall coordination" asthe general idea, local jacking resetting the " rigid rotation zone" ,taking the measures of rectifying column landing, settingdisconnected area damaged component reinforcement and uniting hoop stirrup in tensile zone and cushion caps for differenttypes of " coordinated rotation zone" have achieved good rectifying effect.
