摘要: 根據(jù)國(guó)家政策和規(guī)范的相關(guān)規(guī)定,超過一定層數(shù)的空斗墻砌體結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定程度的安全隱患. 對(duì)湖南省轄區(qū)范圍的居民自建房空斗墻砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性進(jìn)行全面排查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):空斗墻砌體結(jié)構(gòu)宜根據(jù)《危險(xiǎn)房屋鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JGJ 125—2016)和《農(nóng)村住房危險(xiǎn)性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 ( JGJ/ T 363—2014),判定其構(gòu)件的危險(xiǎn)等級(jí)和可靠性. 根據(jù)低烈度區(qū)地震災(zāi)害調(diào)查,3 層以下的空斗墻砌體結(jié)構(gòu)基本能滿足小震可修、中震不倒的目標(biāo)要求. 按《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GBJ 3—88)(1988 年版)計(jì)算的空斗墻砌體受壓承載力,與國(guó)內(nèi)開展的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好,可作為結(jié)構(gòu)安全性驗(yàn)算的依據(jù).

Research on detection and identification of masonry structure of rowlock cavity wall of residential self-built house

Abstract:According to the relevant provisions of national policies and norms, masonry structure of rowlock cavity wall withmore than a certain number of layers has a certain degree of safety risks. The safety of masonry structure of rowlock cavitywall of residential self-built houses in Hunan province was investigated comprehensively. The results show that the riskgrade and reliability of the components of masonry structure of rowlock cavity wall should be determined according toStandard of dangerous building appraisal ( JGJ 125—2016) and Standard of fatalness evaluation of rural area building(JGJ/ T 363—2014). According to the investigation of earthquake disaster in low intensity area, the masonry structure ofrowlock cavity wall below 3 stories can basically meet the requirements that it can be repaired in small earthquake and doesnot collapse in moderate earthquake. The bearing capacity of rowlock cavity wall calculated according to The code formasonry structure design (GBJ 3—88) (1988 edition) is in good agreement with the test data, which can be used as thebasis for checking the structure safety.
