斜柱網(wǎng)格體系內(nèi)部混凝土澆灌實(shí)體模型及檢測試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要

摘要: 鋼管混凝土斜柱體系內(nèi)部澆灌混凝土的密實(shí)度質(zhì)量是保證整體結(jié)構(gòu)承載性能的重要因素. 以 X 形平面斜柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、K 形空間斜柱節(jié)點(diǎn)為例,建立鋼管混凝土斜柱的足尺試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?通過超聲 CT 技術(shù)檢測其內(nèi)部澆灌混凝土的密實(shí)度,以獲得合理有效的澆灌工藝并應(yīng)用于工程;進(jìn)而針對(duì)斜柱網(wǎng)格體系的混凝土密實(shí)度檢測布置進(jìn)行了研究. 結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)?zāi)P弯摪遢^厚時(shí),采用 CT 成像檢測可獲得精確結(jié)果;試驗(yàn)?zāi)P蜐补喙に嚌M足密實(shí)度要求時(shí),實(shí)際施工應(yīng)采用相同工藝以保證質(zhì)量;對(duì)于混凝土密實(shí)度不足之處,可采用鉆孔壓漿法補(bǔ)強(qiáng),而后補(bǔ)焊封回;鋼管混凝土斜柱內(nèi)部混凝土密實(shí)度檢測布置包括斜柱構(gòu)件檢測數(shù)量、橫截面檢測位置兩方面.

Experimental study on solid model and detection of the internal pouring concrete for the inclined column grid system

Abstract: The compactness quality of the internal pouring concrete for the concrete-filled steel tube inclined column systemis an important factor to ensure the bearing capacity of the whole structure. Taking X-type plane inclined column joint andK-type space inclined column joint as examples, a full-scale test model for the concrete-filled steel tube inclined columnwas established. Ultrasonic CT technology was used to detect the compactness of the internal pouring concrete, so as toobtain a reasonable and effective pouring technology and apply it to engineering. Furthermore, the detection arrangement ofthe concrete compactness for the inclined column grid system was studied. The results show that: when the steel plate of thetest model is relatively thick, the CT imaging detection can be used to obtain accurate results; when the pouring techniqueof the test model meets the requirement of compactness, the same technique should be adopted in the actual construction toensure the quality; for the position of insuffient concrete compactness, the drilling grouting method can be used to strength,and then repair welding sealing; the detection arrangement of the internal pouring concrete compactness for concrete-filledsteel tube inclined column includes two aspects: the detection quantity of the inclined column components and the detectionposition of the cross sections.
