成都天府國際機場旅客過夜用房隔振結構關鍵技術分析

摘要: 成都天府國際機場旅客過夜用房工程是國內罕見的采取隔振技術設計建造的地鐵上蓋機場酒店,落于地鐵及航站區(qū)下穿公路隧道正上方,周邊場地條件復雜. 首先闡述了項目隔振方案選擇的思路,隨后分析了隔振支座對主樓、裙房結構動力特性和抗震性能的影響,以及主樓跨區(qū)支承的差異沉降等關鍵技術問題,最后對大跨度空中懸掛連廊、穿層轉換柱、V 形支撐柱、下穿隧道轉換頂板等關鍵構件進行了專項分析. 結構設計中有針對性地采取抗震加強措施和抗震性能化設計. 分析結果表明,在滿足振動舒適度要求的前提下,隔振方案選取經(jīng)濟、合理,結構具有良好的抗震性能,為地鐵上蓋酒店類物業(yè)的設計提供了有意義的參考.

Analysis on key technology of vibration isolation structure of passenger overnight hotel at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport

Abstract: Chengdu Tianfu International Airport passenger overnight hotel is very rare in China which was designed andbuilt directly above the subway and terminal highway tunnel with vibration isolation technology. The surrounding siteconditions are complex. Firstly, the selection of vibration isolation scheme was introduced. Secondly, the influence ofvibration isolation support on the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the main building structure and podiumstructure was analyzed, as well as the key technical problems such as the differential settlement of the cross-area supports ofthe main building. Finally, the special analysis on key components was conducted on large-span aerial suspension corridor,cross-layer transfer column, V-shaped support column and transfer roof plate of tunnel. Seismic strengthening measures andperformance-based seismic design were adopted in structural design. The analysis results show that, under the premise ofmeeting the vibration comfort requirements, the selection of vibration isolation scheme is economical and reasonable, andthe structure has good seismic performance, which provides a meaningful reference for the design of hotel property above thesubway.
