摘要: 基于歷史地震的海量震害數(shù)據(jù)建立經驗性地震易損性曲線是我國防震減災工作的重要內容. 結合相當數(shù)量的文獻,系統(tǒng)梳理了國內外經驗性地震易損性曲線的研究進展及有關的規(guī)范或標準,剖析了經驗性地震易損性曲線建立過程中房屋建筑分類、破壞等級劃分、地震動參數(shù)選擇、曲線擬合等各個環(huán)節(jié)存在的不足,結合現(xiàn)代災害調查手段,提出了優(yōu)化和擴大震害數(shù)據(jù)、合理選擇地震動參數(shù)、標準化經驗性地震易損性曲線的建立流程等建議.關鍵詞: 房屋建筑; 經驗性地震易損性曲線; 防震減災; 破壞等級; 地震動參數(shù)

Research progress on empirical seismic fragility curves of house buildings

Abstract: Establishing empirical seismic fragility curves based on massive seismic damage data from historical earthquakesis an important part of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work in China. Combined with a considerable amount ofliterature, the research progress on empirical seismic fragility curves and relevant codes or standards at home and abroadwere systematically sorted out, and the shortcomings of each link in the establishment of the empirical seismic fragilitycurves,such as buildings classification, damage states division, selection of ground motion parameters, and curves fitting,ect. were analyzed. Combined with modern disaster investigation methods, suggestions for optimizing and expandingseismic damage data, selecting ground motion parameters reasonably, and standardizing the establishment procedures ofempirical seismic fragility curves were put forward.
