摘要: 北京工人體育場(chǎng)屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系受力復(fù)雜,桿件局部受力變化對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)影響較大,且由于結(jié)構(gòu)整體性強(qiáng),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)成型前需要構(gòu)件承擔(dān)施工過(guò)程中的自重荷載. 為了解決這一個(gè)問(wèn)題,設(shè)置了 23 個(gè)超高組合截面臨時(shí)支撐體系來(lái)承受結(jié)構(gòu)自重荷載. 對(duì)臨時(shí)支撐體系整體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)論述了臨時(shí)支撐的安裝及拆除過(guò)程;為了保證臨時(shí)支撐在安裝、拆除和使用過(guò)程的安全性,采用 MIDAS Gen 軟件進(jìn)行有限元模擬. 結(jié)果表明臨時(shí)支撐能有效承受鋼結(jié)構(gòu)未成型時(shí)的自重荷載,同時(shí)安裝、拆除和使用過(guò)程中臨時(shí)支撐的位移和應(yīng)力均能滿足要求.

Abstract: The structural system of the roof of Beijing Workers Stadium has complex forces, and the local force variation ofthe bars has a great influence on the overall structure. Moreover, due to the strong structural integrity, the steel structureneeds members to bear the dead weight load during the construction process before forming. In order to solve this problem,23 super-high composite section temporary support systems were set to bear the dead weight load of the structure. The wholedesign of temporary support system was analyzed, and the installation and unloading process of temporary support werediscussed. In order to ensure the safety of temporary support during installation, unloading and using, MIDAS Gen softwarewas used for finite element simulation. The results show that the temporary support can effectively bear the dead weight loadwhen the steel structure is not formed, and the displacement and stress of temporary support can meet the requirements inthe process of installation, unloading and using.
