北京工人體育場密實(shí)砂卵石層水泥土復(fù)合管樁設(shè)計與施工

摘要: 水泥土復(fù)合管樁一般應(yīng)用于軟土地基或粉土地區(qū),在砂卵石地區(qū)應(yīng)用較罕見. 以北京工人體育場改造復(fù)建工程為例,通過研究水泥土樁在密實(shí)砂卵石層的成樁工藝和預(yù)制管樁靜力壓樁工藝,重點(diǎn)介紹了水泥土復(fù)合管樁在密實(shí)砂卵石層的應(yīng)用. 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況,在密實(shí)砂卵石層旋噴形成直徑較大、混合均勻、強(qiáng)度較高的水泥土外樁,水泥土外樁完成后,在樁內(nèi)同心靜力壓樁植入預(yù)制芯樁,形成水泥土復(fù)合管樁,解決了密實(shí)砂卵石層中水泥土外樁難以成樁的難題. 通過對抗拔承載力和樁頭進(jìn)行設(shè)計,設(shè)計出一種樁底抗拔裝置,并提出樁頭鋼筋后錨固技術(shù),有效提高了單樁抗拔承載力及施工效率. 對水泥土復(fù)合管樁施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)及環(huán)境效益分析.結(jié)果表明,密實(shí)砂卵石層水泥土復(fù)合管樁施工技術(shù)避免了樁基施工中混凝土供應(yīng)不及時和后期樁頭大量剔鑿的問題,減少了材料消耗,節(jié)能環(huán)保.

Design and construction on cement-soil composite pipe pile in dense sand pebble layer of Beijing Workers Stadium

Abstract:Cement-soil composite pipe pile is generally used in soft soil foundation and silty soil area, while it is rarely usedin sand pebble area. Taking the reconstruction project of Beijing Workers Stadium as an example, the application ofcement-soil composite pipe pile in the dense sand pebble layer was mainly introduced by studying the forming process ofcement-soil pile and the static pressing pile process of precast pipe pile. According to the actual situation on site, cementsoil external pile with large diameter, uniform mixture and high strength was formed by rotary spraying in the dense sandpebble layer. After the completion of cement-soil external pile, prefabricated core pile was implanted into concentric staticpile to form cement-soil composite pipe pile, which sloves the problem that cement-soil external piles is difficult to form indense sand pebble layer. Through the design of uplife bearing capacity and pile head, a kind of pile bottom pull-out devicewas designed and the post-anchorage technology of pile head reinforcement was proposed, which effectively improves uplifebearing capacity and construction efficiency of the single pile. The construction technology of cement-soil composite pipepile was analyzed in terms of quality, economy and environment. The results show that the construction technology ofcement-soil composite pipe pile in dense sand pebble layer avoids the problem of not timely supply of concrete in pilefoundation construction and a large number of pile head chiselling in late stage, which reduce material consumption, andsave energy and helpful for environmental protection.
