北京工人體育場大跨度開口單層拱殼鋼屋蓋卸載技術(shù)研究

摘 要

摘要: 北京工人體育場改造工程中屋蓋采用大跨度開口單層拱殼鋼結(jié)構(gòu),安裝高度很高,需要設(shè)置臨時支撐. 結(jié)構(gòu)安裝完成后需對下部布置的壓力環(huán)桁架安裝支撐結(jié)構(gòu)進行整體卸載. 為確保整個結(jié)構(gòu)卸載后,平穩(wěn)地從支撐狀態(tài)向結(jié)構(gòu)自身承受荷載的狀態(tài)過渡,采取分區(qū)分級對稱卸載方法,制定了臨時支撐的卸載方案,通過 MIDAS Gen 軟件對卸載過程中鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)和支撐等的變形和受力情況進行了計算,并對卸載過程中內(nèi)環(huán)梁上的變形進行了監(jiān)測. 結(jié)果表明:臨時支撐卸載方案可行,結(jié)構(gòu)、支撐等在卸載過程中的變形和受力都滿足規(guī)范要求. 實際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果差距較小,說明結(jié)構(gòu)整體施工質(zhì)量控制較好,也證明了施工模擬分析的準(zhǔn)確性.

Research on unloading technology of large-span open single-layer arch shell steel roof of Beijing Workers Stadium

Abstract: In the reconstruction project of Beijing Workers Stadium, a large-span open single-layer arch shell steel structureis adopted for the roof. The installation height is very high, and temporary support is required. After the installation of thestructure, the installation support structure of the pressure ring truss arranged below shall be unloaded as a whole. In orderto ensure that the whole structure can smoothly transition from the supporting state to the state that the structure bears theload after unloading,the method of zonal and hierarchical symmetrical unloading was adopted, and the unloading scheme ofthe temporary support was develops. The deformation and force of the steel roof structure and the support during theunloading process were calculated through MIDAS Gen software, and the deformation of the ring beam during the unloadingprocess was monitored. The results show that the unloading scheme of the temporary support proposed is feasible, and thedeformation and force of the structure and support during the unloading process meet the specification requirements. Thegap between the actual monitoring data and the numerical simulation results is small, which indicates that the overallconstruction quality control of the structure is good, and also proves the accuracy of the construction simulation analysis.
