摘要: 為明確膠合木鋼填板-螺栓節(jié)點(diǎn)的半剛性特征,進(jìn)行了考慮螺栓行距、列距、列數(shù)和膠合木截面高度等參數(shù)變化的膠合木鋼填板-螺栓節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎試驗(yàn). 得到節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度后與歐洲木結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范((BSEN 1995-1??2004))、日本木質(zhì)構(gòu)造接合部設(shè)計(jì)手冊里節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度公式計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,結(jié)果表明規(guī)范公式計(jì)算的節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度均小于試驗(yàn)值,通過修正規(guī)范公式可以得到更加準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算結(jié)果. 針對日本木質(zhì)構(gòu)造接合部設(shè)計(jì)手冊的公式引入了滑移系數(shù)修正值和順紋嵌入剛度修正值,修正后的公式準(zhǔn)確度高,在膠合木結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的過程中可以用于計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗彎剛度并得到節(jié)點(diǎn)抗彎剛度折減系數(shù).

Research of bending stiffness of glulam bolted joints with slotted-in steel plates

Abstract: In order to clarify the semi-rigid characters of glulam bolted joints with slotted-in steel plates, bendingexperiments were conducted considering the variation of bolt row spacing, column spacing, column number and sectionheight of glulam. Compared with experimental results of bending stiffness, the calculate results of bending stiffness formulain Design of timber structures (BSEN 1995-1??2004) and Design Manual for Engineered Timber Joints were conservative.The results show that the bending stiffness calculated by the standard formula is less than the test value, and more accuratecalculation results can be obtained by modifying the standard formula. The modified value of slip coefficient and parallel-tograin embedded stiffness were introduced to modify the calculate formula in Design Manual for Engineered Timber Joints.This modified formula provides high accurate results, which could be used to calculate the bending stiffness of joints andobtain the reduction coefficient of bending stiffness of joints in the design of glulam structure.
