重組竹結(jié)構(gòu)的研究現(xiàn)狀與工程應(yīng)用

摘 要

摘要: 重組竹不僅保留了原竹輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)、生態(tài)環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且摒棄掉其原態(tài)性能不穩(wěn)定、耐久性差等缺點(diǎn),是一種理想綠色高強(qiáng)竹基材料,作為建筑材料引入現(xiàn)代結(jié)構(gòu)中具有無可比擬的優(yōu)勢,符合國家大力發(fā)展竹產(chǎn)業(yè)、倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能減排的政策方針,應(yīng)用前景廣闊. 然而現(xiàn)階段重組竹結(jié)構(gòu)的研究和應(yīng)用明顯滯后. 基于此,歸納總結(jié)重組竹從制備、材料、構(gòu)件、節(jié)點(diǎn)到結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以層層遞進(jìn)的方式分析制約重組竹結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展和應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,為其后續(xù)研究指明方向. 結(jié)果表明,重組竹結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)研究不夠深入,分散不成體系,已頒布實(shí)施的四部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雖已初步構(gòu)建起重組竹結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,但試驗(yàn)和理論數(shù)據(jù)支撐尚顯不足,條文多參考木結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范而來,且均為團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn),尚待進(jìn)一步修正完善,進(jìn)而建立起國家或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn). 此外,現(xiàn)有研究集中于毛竹基重組竹,需進(jìn)一步開展系統(tǒng)研究.

Abstract: The bamboo scrimber not only retains the advantages of light weight, high strength, ecological and environmentalprotection of the bamboo, but also abandons the disadvantages of unstable performance and poor durability. It is an idealgreen bamboo-based material with high strength. The introduction of bamboo scrimber into modern structures as a buildingmaterial has incomparable advantages, which is in line with the national policy of vigorously developing the bamboo industryand advocating energy conservation and emission reduction, and has broad application prospects. However, the researchand application of bamboo scrimber structure lags behind apparently. Based on this, the research and development status ofbamboo scrimber from the preparation, material, member, joint to structural system was summarized, the key technicalproblems restricting the development and application of bamboo scrimber structure in a progressive manner were analyzed,and direction for the subsequent research was indicated. The results show that the basic research on the bamboo scrimberstructure is not deep enough, scattered and unsystematic. Although the four standards issued and implemented initiallyestablished the technical standard system for the application of bamboo scrimber structure, the support of experimental andtheoretical data is still insufficient and most of the provisions are based on the wooden structure specifications. Besides, allfour standards are group standards and need to be further revised and improved to establish national or industrial standards. In addition, the existing research focuses on the bamboo scrimber made from moso bamboo, and further systematic studiesare needed.
