摘要: 韌性斷裂作為結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的一種重要破壞形式,近年來吸引了許多學者對其進行研究. 為研究結(jié)構(gòu)韌性斷裂的本構(gòu)關(guān)系,首先從塑性全量理論出發(fā),基于四個假定引入了修正外形曲線的材料系數(shù),詳細推導了鋼材主應(yīng)力面上塑性應(yīng)變分布的數(shù)學模型;然后,基于圖形散斑相關(guān)法(DIC)擬合標定了 Q235 及 Q345 結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的修正外形曲線的材料系數(shù). 通過研究,給出了一種精確的計算結(jié)構(gòu)鋼大塑性變形主應(yīng)力上應(yīng)變分布的方法,以期為今后研究和預防鋼結(jié)構(gòu)韌性斷裂提供參考.

Study on plastic strain distribution of structural steel based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method

Abstract: As an important failure form of structural steel, ductile fracture has attracted many scholars to study it in recentyears. In order to study the constitutive relation of ductile fracture of structures, first starts from the plastic total quantitytheory, the material coefficient of the modified profile curve was introduced based on four assumptions, and themathematical model of plastic strain distribution on the principal stress surface of steel was deduced in detail. Then, basedon the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method, the material coefficients of the modified profile curves of Q235 and Q345structural steels were fitted and calibrated. Through the research, an accurate method for calculating the strain distributionon the principal stress of large plastic deformation of structural steel was presented in order to provide reference for futureresearch and prevention of ductile fracture in steel structures.
