某工程鋼螺旋樓梯結(jié)構(gòu)重難點(diǎn)分析與設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 以實(shí)際工程中的異形鋼螺旋樓梯為研究對(duì)象,基于通用有限元軟件 MIDAS Gen,利用簡(jiǎn)化空間曲線模型分析了螺旋樓梯結(jié)構(gòu)選型過(guò)程中樓梯的變形與內(nèi)力變化,結(jié)果表明隨著螺旋樓梯中心線最右側(cè)邊緣與上部支座的距離增大,樓梯的豎向最大位移與構(gòu)件內(nèi)力均增大. 進(jìn)一步通過(guò)建立帶橫梁的內(nèi)、外弧梁曲線模型探討了螺旋樓梯內(nèi)、外弧梁變形的差異以及橫梁的作用,并對(duì)樓梯支座條件對(duì)變形和內(nèi)力的影響進(jìn)行了分析,得到了支座剛度越大樓梯的變形越小的結(jié)論. 對(duì)比了樓梯與主體結(jié)構(gòu)共同建模和單獨(dú)建模時(shí)的變形及內(nèi)力差異,并對(duì)螺旋樓梯的舒適度進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算,建議在滿足梁?jiǎn)卧獦?gòu)件強(qiáng)度與穩(wěn)定性的情況下優(yōu)先選用箱形截面而非工字鋼截面. 針對(duì)分析結(jié)果給出了異形螺旋樓梯的設(shè)計(jì)要求并對(duì)梁截面進(jìn)行了受扭驗(yàn)算.

Design and analysis on key and difficult points of spiral stair in a project

Abstract: Taking special shaped steel spiral stair in actual engineering as the research object, based on the general finiteelement software MIDAS Gen, a simplified spatial curve model was used to analyze the deformation and internal forcechanges of spiral stair in the process of structural selection. The results show that the maximum vertical displacement andinternal force of the stair increase with the increase of the distance from the rightmost edge of the center line to the topsupport. Further, by establishing the curve model of the inner and outer arc beams with cross beams, the difference of thedeformation of the inner and outer arc beams of the spiral stair and the role of the cross beams were discussed. In addition,the influence of the stair support conditions on the deformation and internal force was analyzed, it obtains the conclusionthat the greater the support stiffness is, the smaller the deformation of the stair is. The deformation and internal forcedifference between the stair and the main structure when modeling together and separately was compared. Besides, thecomfort analysis of spiral stair was checked. It is suggested that the box section should be preferred to the I-section steelunder the condition of meeting the strength and stability requirements of beam elements. Focus on the analysis results, thedesign requirements of special shaped spiral stair was given and beam section torsion checking calculation was given.
