某建筑功能復(fù)雜的綜合體育館大跨結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要: 成都體育學(xué)院綜合體育館項目主體采用現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屋蓋大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)采用張弦桁架,存在建筑功能復(fù)雜、樓板不連續(xù)、斜柱、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則等特點. 介紹了項目的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計詳情,對項目中大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋進(jìn)行多種結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選,充分考慮建筑外形特點,采用張弦桁架結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)一體化設(shè)計. 對大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋進(jìn)行了線性和非線性穩(wěn)定分析,結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性能較好;采用動力方法對大跨度鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了防連續(xù)性倒塌分析,并對屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進(jìn)行有限元分析,改善了《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 (GB 50017—2017)關(guān)于銷軸節(jié)點局部承壓的計算方法. 采用大直徑緩連接預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)保證大跨度混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,同時采用變截面的次梁設(shè)計方法解決了支承主梁的剪扭計算超限的難題.

Abstract: The comprehensive gymnasium of Chengdu Sport University project adopts cast-in-place concrete frame structuresystem, and the long-span steel structure of the roof adopts prestressed string truss, which has the characteristics of complexarchitectural function, discontinuous floor, inclined column and irregular torsion. The details of the structural design of thisproject was introduced, a variety of structural schemes of long-span steel structure roof were compared and selected.Considering the shape characteristics of the architecture fully, the integrated architectural and structural design was realizedby using prestressed string truss structure. The linear and nonlinear stability analysis of long-span steel roof was carriedout, the results show that the structural stability is good. The anti-collapse analysis of long-span steel roof structure wascarried out by using dynamic method, and the finite element analysis of the key joints of the roof structure was carried out,which improves the method of the local pressure calculation of the pin joint in the Standard for design of steel structure(GB50017—2017). The prestressed technology of large diameter retard-bonded tendons was used to ensure the safety of largespan concrete structure, and the problem of overrun of shear torsion calculation of supporting girder was solved by thedesign method of secondary beam with variable section.
