摘要: 某辦公樓為抗震設(shè)防烈度 7 度(0. 1g)區(qū) L 形平面多次退臺框架-剪力墻超限高層建筑,其性能目標(biāo)為 C.對此 L 形平面辦公樓的有退臺與無退臺結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了對比研究,兩者的扭轉(zhuǎn)及振動特性完全不一致,對控制該辦公樓的扭轉(zhuǎn)提出了一些建議. 本辦公樓為較矮高層且核心筒集中布置的框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),對此類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時遇到的重難點(diǎn)問題(大面積墻受拉、受剪等)進(jìn)行了分析研究,并提出了優(yōu)化墻體布置、增加型鋼等應(yīng)對措施. 針對 L 形平面多次退臺結(jié)構(gòu)的收進(jìn)判斷,提供了一個可以參考的做法. 同時在抗震設(shè)計中采用性能化設(shè)計方法,并借助各種軟件進(jìn)行計算和驗(yàn)證,以達(dá)到規(guī)范所提出的相關(guān)抗震設(shè)防要求.

Analysis and design of a L-shaped out-of-code structure with repeated plane retractions

Abstract: An office building is a L-shaped out-of-code high-rise building with repeated plane retractions in seismicfortification intensity zone of 7 degrees (0. 1g), and its performance target is C. A comparative study was carried out onthis L-shaped structure with retractions and without retractions, their torsion and vibration characteristics are completely inconsistent, and some suggestions for their torsion control were put forward. This office building is a short high-rise frameshear wall structure with core tubes centrally arranged. The key and difficult problems (tension and shear resistance of mostwalls) encountered in the design of similar structures were analyzed and studied, and the corresponding measures whichoptimize wall layout and increase section steel were put forward. A reference method was provided for judging the retractionof L-shaped structure with repeated plane retractions. At the same time, the performance-based design method was adoptedin the seismic design, and the calculation and verification were carried out with the help of various software, so as to meetthe relevant seismic fortification requirements proposed in the code.
