摘要: 四川省甘孜州瀘定縣發(fā)生 6. 8 級(jí)地震后,對(duì)震中磨西鎮(zhèn)及附近的房屋建筑震害情況進(jìn)行多次考察. 根據(jù)考察結(jié)果分析,現(xiàn)行規(guī)范關(guān)于場(chǎng)地地震作用放大系數(shù)的規(guī)定較為簡(jiǎn)單,建議應(yīng)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步細(xì)致研究;較多建筑底層發(fā)生嚴(yán)重破壞,甚至倒塌,建議對(duì)底部的剛度和承載力進(jìn)一步提高;合理設(shè)計(jì)與施工的砌體結(jié)構(gòu)在地震中表現(xiàn)良好;鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工縫易發(fā)生滑移破壞,從而加重整體結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞,建議對(duì)應(yīng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)性能目標(biāo)進(jìn)行施工縫驗(yàn)算;填充墻、裝飾構(gòu)件、吊頂和機(jī)電設(shè)備等非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件震害較多,建議從設(shè)計(jì)、施工和驗(yàn)收全過(guò)程控制,保證非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的抗震性能.

Abstract: After the 6. 8 magnitude earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the damage of buildings in and around Moxi Town in the epicenter was investigated. According to the analysis of theinvestigation results, the provisions of the current code on the amplification coefficient of site seismic action are relativelysimple, and it is suggested that further detailed research should be carried out. The first floor of buildings is seriouslydamaged or even collapsed, it is recommended to further improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of the bottom. Thereasonably designed and constructed masonry structure performs well in earthquake. The construction joints of reinforcedconcrete structures are prone to slip failure, which aggravates the damage of the overall structure. It is recommended tocheck the construction joint corresponding to the overall structure performance target. Non structural components, such asinfilled walls, decorative components, suspended ceilings and electromechanical equipments are subject to more seismicdamage. It is recommended to control the whole process of design, construction and acceptance to ensure the seismicperformance of non structural components
