摘要: 為解決城市地鐵隧道極小間距下穿上方構(gòu)筑物結(jié)構(gòu)變形控制的工程難題,剖析了下穿工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn)并設(shè)定初步變形控制策略,通過精細(xì)化數(shù)值模擬研究地鐵雙區(qū)間下穿既有盾構(gòu)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)變形預(yù)測和控制效果. 著重分析下穿工程段的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和影響區(qū)域,基于現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了超前支護(hù)、優(yōu)化開挖方法及盾構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)的聯(lián)合控制措施的可行性. 研究結(jié)果表明,地鐵雙區(qū)間中心截面周邊±30m 是控制施工擾動(dòng)和盾構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)變形的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域,超前管棚具有縱向梁承載作用,深孔注漿具有橫向拱承載作用,兩者協(xié)同承載實(shí)現(xiàn)了較好的地層變形控制效果,使盾構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)變形控制在 5. 0mm 以內(nèi),可為類似工程提供參考.

Structural deformation control measures and effect analysis of subway double-section underpassing existing shield tunnel

Abstract: In order to solve the engineering problem of the structural deformation control of the urban subway tunnelunderpassing the upper structure with extremely small spacing, the risk characteristics of the underpassing engineering wereanalyzed and a preliminary deformation control strategy was set up, and the structural deformation prediction and controleffects of existing shield tunnel under the subway double-section was studied through refined numerical simulation. Focusingon the analysis of the key risks and affected areas of the underpassing engineering section, the feasibility of the joint controlmeasures of advanced support, optimized excavation method and shield structure reinforcement was verified based on on-sitemonitoring data. The research results show that the ±30m area around the central section of the subway double-section isthe key area to control construction disturbance and shield structure deformation. The advanced pipe shed has the bearingfunction of the longitudinal beam, and the deep hole grouting has the bearing function of the transverse arch. The jointbearing of the two has achieved a better effect of controlling the deformation of the ground, and the deformation of the shieldstructure is controlled within 5. 0mm, which can provide reference for similar engineering.
