摘要: 預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼桁架作為支護(hù)樁尚未在深基坑工程中得到應(yīng)用. 通過分析支護(hù)樁受力形態(tài)得到其優(yōu)化線路. 以新型預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼桁架作為支護(hù)樁在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用為例,詳細(xì)介紹了新型桁架樁的規(guī)格尺寸、預(yù)應(yīng)力施加方法、內(nèi)填水泥漿液的施工方法、樁插入施工的過程等;并以預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土工字樁作為參照組,通過對(duì)兩者的實(shí)測的樁頂水平位移、樁頂沉降、深層水平位移及基坑南側(cè)管線及道路沉降等進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證新型桁架樁的可行性. 結(jié)果表明:采用新型桁架樁與工字樁時(shí),兩種支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)樁頂沉降及樁頂水平位移差異不大;基坑開挖面以下桁架樁剛度沿深度減小,這會(huì)導(dǎo)致樁體深層最大水平位移的位置的顯著下移;基坑南側(cè)管線及道路沉降可滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求.

Study on design and application of new retaining pile with prestressed steel truss

Abstract: Prestressed steel truss as retaining pile has not been applied in deep foundation pit. By analyzing the force formof the retaining pile, the optimized route was obtained. Taking the application of the new retaining pile with prestressedsteel truss in practical engineering as an example, the specification and size of the new type of retaining pile, the method ofprestressing force application, the construction method of filling cement soil, and the insertion construction process of pilewere introduced in detail. Taking the precast prestressed concrete I-shaped pile as the reference group, the feasibility of thenew truss pile was confirmed by comparing the measured horizontal displacement of pile top, settlement of pile top, deephorizontal displacement and the settlement of the pipelines and roads on the south side of foundation pit . The results showthat when the new truss pile and I-pile are used, the pile top settlement and pile top horizontal displacement of the twosupporting structure have little difference; the stiffness of the truss pile under the excavation surface of foundation pitdecreases along the depth, which will lead to the significant downward movement of the maximum value of the deephorizontal displacement of the pile; the settlement of the pipelines and road on the south side of foundation pit could meetthe design requirements.
