摘要: 既有建筑為原北京市商標(biāo)廠印刷車間,改造后功能為小學(xué)校教學(xué)樓,采用黏滯阻尼器進(jìn)行消能減震加固.對(duì)與消能減震部件相連的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行加固,其他部位僅需要少量加固即可滿足抗震性能要求,減少了對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的直接加固的工作量. 采用 SAP2000 軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震下 FNA(快速非線性)時(shí)程分析,為校核計(jì)算附加阻尼比的準(zhǔn)確性,對(duì)比了一周能量比法和模態(tài)耗能比法的計(jì)算結(jié)果. 采用 SUASAGE 軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析,驗(yàn)算加固后結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能,并對(duì)子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì). 分析結(jié)果表明,設(shè)置黏滯阻尼器對(duì)既有建筑進(jìn)行消能減震加固改造,黏滯阻尼器耗能作用明顯,避免了大范圍的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件加固工作;應(yīng)采用不同計(jì)算方法復(fù)核,保證附加阻尼比計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性.

Application of energy dissipation reinforcement technology in an existing building transformation project

Abstract: The existing building is the printing workshop of Beijing Trademark Factory. After the reconstruction, thefunction is the primary school teaching building. The fluid viscous damper was used for energy dissipation reinforcement.The members connected to the energy dissipation and damping components were reinforced,and the other parts only need asmall amount of reinforcement to meet the seismic performance requirements, reducing the workload of direct reinforcementof structural members. SAP2000 software was used to carry out FNA (fast nonlinear analysis) time-history analysis of thestructure under frequent earthquakes. In order to check the accuracy of the calculation of the additional damping ratio, thecalculation results of the one-cycle energy ratio method and the modal energy ratio method were compared. SUASAGEsoftware was used to carry out rare occurrence earthquake elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure. The seismicperformance of the strengthened structure was checked, and the substructure was designed. The analysis results show thatthe fluid viscous damper has an obvious effect on energy dissipation of existing buildings, which avoids a large range ofstructural member reinforcement. Different calculation methods should be adopted for recheck to ensure the accuracy of thecalculation of additional damping ratio.
