某帶懸挑復雜連體辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設計與分析

摘要: 某辦公樓為復雜連體結(jié)構(gòu),局部帶大跨度懸挑,同時存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、尺寸突變和承載力突變等多項不規(guī)則. 采用基于性能化的抗震設計方法,設計時根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要性采取不同的性能目標,對結(jié)構(gòu)分別進行了小震反應譜、小震彈性時程、中震性能設計、大震彈塑性時程等系列分析,并采取了相應的加強措施;考慮到連接體、懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的重要性,對結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵位置補充了樓板應力、樓板舒適度、施工階段模擬、防連續(xù)倒塌等專項分析. 各項分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)整體及各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均能達到預期目標,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠.

Structural design and analysis on a complex connected structure of office building with cantilever

Abstract: An office building is a complex connected structure with local large-span cantilever. There are irregularities suchas irregular torsion, component discontinuity, abrupt change of plane and bearing capacity. The performance-based seismicdesign method was carried out and different performance targets were adopted according to the importance of thecomponents. The elastic response spectrum analysis and time-history under frequent earthquakes, the performance designunder fortification earthquakes and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were performed in thedesign and effective measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts of the structure. Considering the importance of theconnected structure and cantilever structure, multiple special analyses were conducted including analysis of story stress andcomfort, construction simulation and progressive collapse prevention analysis. The analysis results show that the seismicperformance of the whole structure and all components can reach the expected performance targets, and the structure is safeand reliable.
