摘要: 為研究間隔材料為高透明低密度有機(jī)玻璃的中空玻璃是否具有優(yōu)越的熱工性能,制作了幾種尺寸不同、間隔材料不同、材料厚度不同的雙中空玻璃進(jìn)行熱工性能、光學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究并對(duì)比了相關(guān)參數(shù),探究不同檢測(cè)環(huán)境下光熱參數(shù)結(jié)果是否相近. 結(jié)果表明:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境下測(cè)試結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試結(jié)果基本相符;含有機(jī)玻璃中間層的雙中空玻璃有較低的紫外線透過(guò)率,有機(jī)玻璃越厚,傳熱系數(shù)和遮陽(yáng)系數(shù)越低;在基本不增加中空玻璃重量的基礎(chǔ)上,含有機(jī)玻璃中間層的雙中空玻璃可實(shí)現(xiàn)低傳熱系數(shù)和高可見光透過(guò)率,相較于一般雙中空玻璃保溫隔熱性能更好,更適合用在冬寒夏熱地區(qū)的陽(yáng)光房或建筑采光頂中. 研究結(jié)果可為該種新型雙中空玻璃的廣泛運(yùn)用提供物理性能方面的評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù).

Experimental study on physical properties of double insulating glass containing acrylic interlayer

Abstract:In order to study whether the insulating glass whose spacer material is high transparent and low density acrylic hassuperior thermal performance, several double insulating glass with different sizes, spacer materials and material thicknesswere made for thermal and optical performance test and comparison of related parameters to explore whether the results ofphotothermal parameters under different detection environments are similar. The results show that the test results in the fieldenvironment are basically consistent with those in the laboratory. The double insulating glass with acrylic intermediate layerhas lower ultraviolet transmittance, and the thicker acrylic is, the lower heat transfer coefficient and shading coefficient is.On the basis of basically not increasing the weight of insulating glass, double insulating glass with acrylic intermediate layercan achieve low heat transfer coefficient and high visible light transmittance. Compared with general double insulatingglass, it has better thermal insulation performance and is more suitable for use in sunlight rooms or building daylightingroofs in cold winter and hot summer areas. The research results can provide a basis for the evaluation of the physicalproperties of the new type of double insulating glass.
