摘要: 有機(jī)玻璃以優(yōu)于鋼化玻璃的通透性、耐候性、易加工成形和可本體聚合等優(yōu)勢(shì),廣泛運(yùn)用于水族館、裝飾裝修、機(jī)械制造和建筑結(jié)構(gòu)等領(lǐng)域. 超大幅面的有機(jī)玻璃整體運(yùn)用給其生產(chǎn)、加工及安裝帶來了多樣化挑戰(zhàn). 以江蘇園博園未來花園項(xiàng)目為例,介紹了有機(jī)玻璃生產(chǎn)、加工及安裝過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)超大幅面的有機(jī)玻璃整體本體聚合. 結(jié)果表明:有機(jī)玻璃材料結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),具有高透光率和高耐候性,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)超大跨度空間的快速精確安裝,保證了工程進(jìn)度的同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了理想的建筑效果.

Abstract: Acrylic is widely used in aquariums, decoration, machinery manufacturing and building structures withadvantages such as better permeability than tempered glass, weather resistance, easy processing and forming, and theability to the ability of bulk polymerize. The overall use of super-large format acrylic brings diverse challenges to itsproduction, processing and installation. Taking Jiangsu Garden Expo Park Future Garden project as an example, theproduction, processing and installation process of acrylic were introduced, and the project site super-large format acrylicoverall bulk polymerization was achieved. The results show that the acrylic material is structurally stable, high lighttransmission and high weather resistance, and can achieve fast and accurate installation in large-span spaces, ensuring theprogress of the project while achieving the desired architectural effect.
