摘要: 通過搭建小型試驗平臺,研究了下部火源對水平放置的有機玻璃厚板的加熱和引燃作用,獲取了有機玻璃厚板下表面的引燃時間及火源蔓延規(guī)律等特性. 試驗結(jié)果表明,在下部火源直接加熱作用下(溫度約 400 ~500℃ ),點火約 3~ 4min 后有機玻璃厚板被引燃,引燃后有機玻璃厚板下表面溫度可達(dá)到約 800℃ ,隨后火勢逐漸沿有機玻璃厚板向遠(yuǎn)端蔓延;當(dāng)下部火源熄滅后,有機玻璃厚板的火勢隨即自行熄滅,不發(fā)生自持續(xù)燃燒. 該試驗研究為了解厚型有機玻璃頂棚在被引燃情況下的火災(zāi)蔓延特性及消防應(yīng)急措施方面奠定了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ).

Experimental study on fire spread characteristics along lower surface of thick acrylic panels

Abstract: By setting up bench test platform, the heating and burning of horizontally placed thick acrylic panels exposed tothe lower fire source was studied. The ignition time and fire spreading characteristics of thick acrylic panels were obtainedduring the tests. The test results show that with a steady exposition of heat (at temperature level of 400~ 500℃ ) from thelower fire source, the thick acrylic panels would be ignited within 3 ~ 4min. Once the panels started to burn, thetemperature below the lower surface of the panels reached about 800℃ , and the fire would gradually spread away from theignited position. Once the fire source burned out, the fire would extinguish along the lower surface of the acrylic panels withno spontaneous. The tests laid a very important foundation for understanding the fire spreading characteristics of thickacrylic ceiling panels and the fire emergency strategy for the acrylic panels in case of fire.
