摘要: 江蘇園博園未來花園有機(jī)玻璃水幕是目前我國(guó)建筑領(lǐng)域最大的結(jié)構(gòu)有機(jī)玻璃項(xiàng)目,對(duì)其進(jìn)行原位加載試驗(yàn)具有重要的意義. 對(duì)未來花園有機(jī)玻璃水幕中的 5 號(hào)傘進(jìn)行了 1. 5 倍設(shè)計(jì)荷載下(150mm 深水)的原位加載試驗(yàn),并持載 15d. 通過試驗(yàn)獲得了有機(jī)玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)的位移和應(yīng)變的發(fā)展規(guī)律及其與溫度的關(guān)系. 研究表明:在 1. 5 倍設(shè)計(jì)荷載下,有機(jī)玻璃水幕的變形和應(yīng)變均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,在持載 15d 內(nèi)未發(fā)生明顯的蠕變現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)有機(jī)玻璃水幕板底的應(yīng)變遠(yuǎn)高于肋底,并與溫度存在相關(guān)關(guān)系.

Abstract: The acrylic water curtain in of Jiangsu Garden EXPO Park Future Garden is the largest structural acrylicbuildings in China at present, and it is of great significance to carry out in-situ loading tests on it. The No. 5 umbrella inthe acrylic water curtain of the Future Garden was tested in-situ under 1. 5 times of the design load ( water depth of150mm) which was then held for 15 days. The development of displacement and strain of acrylic structure and relationshipswith temperature were obtained. Test results indicate that under 1. 5 times of the design load, the deformation and strain ofthe acrylic water curtain meet the design requirements, and no obvious creep occurred within 15 days of holding load.Meanwhile, the strain at the bottom of plate is much higher than that at the bottom of rib, and strain and temperature arehighly correlated.
