摘要: 江蘇園博園未來(lái)花園有機(jī)玻璃水幕是目前我國(guó)建筑領(lǐng)域罕見(jiàn)的超大型有機(jī)玻璃項(xiàng)目,對(duì)其進(jìn)行施工及運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程健康監(jiān)測(cè)具有重要的意義. 采用應(yīng)變片對(duì)有機(jī)玻璃水幕施工階段退火過(guò)程進(jìn)行了應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè),監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明:在退火過(guò)程中,板底和肋底均出現(xiàn)拉應(yīng)變,其值與溫度正相關(guān),退火完成后,傘面殘余應(yīng)變值較低. 采用振弦應(yīng)變計(jì)對(duì)有機(jī)玻璃水幕運(yùn)營(yíng)階段進(jìn)行了應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè). 監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明:運(yùn)營(yíng)階段,有機(jī)玻璃水幕中應(yīng)力波動(dòng)主要受到溫度的影響,但波動(dòng)范圍較小,運(yùn)營(yíng)期間未出現(xiàn)明顯蠕變現(xiàn)象,所有測(cè)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分布在 0 ~ 5. 0MPa 之間,應(yīng)力值較低,結(jié)構(gòu)安全.

Abstract: The acrylic water curtain in Jiangsu Garden EXPO Park Future Garden is currently rare super large acrylicproject in Chinese building sector, and it is of great significance for the health monitoring of its construction and operationprocess. Strain gauges were used to monitor the strain of the annealing process during the construction process of acrylicwater curtain. The monitoring results show that during the annealing process, tensile strain which is positively correlatedwith temperature appears on the bottom of the plate and ribs, and the residual strain on the surface of the umbrella is lowwhen the annealing process was completed. The strain monitoring of the acrylic water curtain during the operation processwas carried out using vibrating wire strain gauges. The monitoring results show that during the operation process, the stressfluctuation in the acrylic water curtain is mainly affected by temperature, while the fluctuation range is small. There is nosignificant creep during the operation process. The stress level of all the measuring points is low, which was between 0MPaand 5MPa, and the safety of the structure is ensured.
