摘要: 鋼-再生混凝土組合梁的受力性能足尺試驗(yàn)研究工作目前尚少. 為此,進(jìn)行了 6 個(gè)型鋼再生混凝土梁足尺試件受彎性能試驗(yàn),各試件尺寸、配筋、內(nèi)置型鋼一致,梁長(zhǎng) 3 300mm、凈跨 3 000mm,梁截面高 300mm、寬 200mm,梁截面內(nèi)置 H 型鋼的型號(hào)為 HN200×100×5. 5×8. 各試件均采用再生粗骨料混凝土,再生粗骨料取代率分為 0%、50%、100%,混凝土設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)分為 C30、C60. 采用三分點(diǎn)加載的方式,試驗(yàn)分析了各試件的承載力、變形及耗能能力,以及設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)試件抗彎性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:在加載過程中梁內(nèi)型鋼與再生混凝土共同工作性能良好;合理采用再生粗骨料取代率情況下,型鋼再生混凝土梁受彎性能和破壞形態(tài)與型鋼普通混凝土梁接近;提高再生混凝土強(qiáng)度可以顯著提高型鋼再生混凝土梁的承載力、變形能力和耗能能力.

Full-scale experimental study on flexural behavior of steel reinforced recycled concrete beam

Abstract: At present, there is a lack of experimental research on the flexural behavior of steel reinforced recycled concretebeams. The flexural behavior of six full-scale specimens of steel reinforced recycled beams was tested. The size,reinforcement and built-in section steel of each specimen are the same, with the beam length 3 300mm, clear span3 000mm, the beam section height 300mm, and the width 200mm. The incased H-shaped steel is HN200×100×5. 5×8.Recycled coarse aggregate concrete was used in the specimens, and the recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio is 0%,50% and 100% respectively,the design strength grade of concrete is C30 and C60, respectively. The test was performedwith a three-point loading method. The bearing capacity, deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity of thespecimens were analyzed, and the influence of design parameters on the flexural behavior of the specimens was analyzed.The results show that in the loading process, the incased H-shaped steel and recycled concrete work well together. With thereasonable recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio, the flexural behavior and failure mode of steel reinforced recycledbeams are similar to steel normal concrete beams. Increasing the recycled concrete strength can significantly improve thebearing capacity, deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity of steel reinforced recycled concrete beams.
