北京 2022 年冬奧會(huì)延慶賽區(qū)辦賽設(shè)施抗風(fēng)與擋風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

摘 要

摘要: 賽道擋風(fēng)是保證冬奧會(huì)比賽如期進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵. 首先基于氣象站監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),利用獨(dú)立風(fēng)暴法開展了北京冬奧會(huì)延慶賽區(qū)內(nèi)氣象觀測風(fēng)速分析,獲得了賽區(qū)內(nèi)氣象觀測位置 50 年重現(xiàn)期的基本風(fēng)速. 進(jìn)而對(duì)延慶賽區(qū)進(jìn)行了地形風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),獲得了氣象站與賽區(qū)建筑之間的風(fēng)速比例關(guān)系,給出了賽區(qū)關(guān)鍵位置 50 年重現(xiàn)期的基本風(fēng)壓.然后,采用節(jié)段模型的方式進(jìn)行了國家雪車雪橇中心風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),獲得了主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)所需的體型系數(shù)和圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)所需的極值風(fēng)壓系數(shù). 之后對(duì)國家高山滑雪中心滑降賽道進(jìn)行賽時(shí)風(fēng)環(huán)境評(píng)估,并通過風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)獲得了雪道擋風(fēng)墻的擋風(fēng)性能參數(shù),直接應(yīng)用于滑降賽道擋風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì). 結(jié)果表明:延慶賽區(qū)僅有 1 日比賽延期至次日,其他比賽均在計(jì)劃當(dāng)日進(jìn)行,擋風(fēng)墻的設(shè)置保證了冬奧會(huì)高山滑雪比賽的順利進(jìn)行.

Research on wind resistance and windbreak design for Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games facilities in Yanqing

Abstract: The windbreak of the downhill track is the key to ensure that Olympic Winter Games can be held on schedule.Based on the monitoring data of meteorological stations, the analysis of meteorological observation wind speed in YanqingCompetition Area of Beijing Olympic Winter Games was carried out firstly by using the independent storm method, and thewind speed of 50-year return periods at the meteorological observation positions was obtain. Thereafter, the windenvironment wind tunnel test for Yanqing Competition Area was carried out, the wind speed proportional relationshipbetween the meteorological station and the competition area buildings was obtained. The design wind pressure of the keypositions in the competition area with a return period of 50-year return was given. Then, the wind tunnel test of NationalSliding Center was carried out by using the segmen model, and the shape coefficient required for the main structure designand the extreme wind pressure coefficient required for the envelope design were obtained. The wind environment of thedownhill track of National Alpine Skiing Center was evaluated during the race, and the windbreak performance parametersof the windbreak wall of the ski track were obtained through the wind tunnel test, which were directly applied to thewindbreak design of the downhill track. The results show that only 1 day of the event in Yanqing Competition Area waspostponed to the next day, and other events were held on the planned day. The installation of the windbreak wall ensuredthe smooth progress of the alpine skiing event in Olympic Winter Games.
