摘要: 某平面和豎向均不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑,同時(shí)存在著局部構(gòu)件間斷、塔樓偏斜、樓板不連續(xù)、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、尺寸突變等超限情況. 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震作用下的整體抗震性能進(jìn)行分析,在 ETABS 結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件中選取符合條件的 2 條人工波及 5 條天然波模擬地震作用,考慮采用主、次波雙向地震作用加載的方式,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈性時(shí)程補(bǔ)充分析和設(shè)防地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的抗震性能驗(yàn)算,并利用 SAUSAGE 和 PERFORM 3D 三維非線性彈塑性分析軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析和彈塑性時(shí)程補(bǔ)充分析. 計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,通過提高底部局部墻肢配筋率、埋設(shè)鋼板、局部樓板加厚等措施,本超限高層項(xiàng)目可達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo). 最后給出了本項(xiàng)目針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況采取的相關(guān)措施.

Seismic design and performance analysis of an out-of-code high-rise structure in high intensity area

Abstract: An out-of-code high-rise building with irregular plane and vertical direction has out-of-code situations such aslocal component discontinuity, tower deflection, floor discontinuity, irregular torsion and sudden dimensional changes. Theoverall seismic performance of the structure under the action of multiple earthquakes was analyzed. Two artificial waves andfive natural waves that meet the conditions were selected in the ETABS structural calculation software to simulate theseismic action. The elastic time history supplementary analysis of the structure and the seismic performance checkingcalculation of the key components of the structure under earthquake protection were carried out by using the two-way seismicaction loading method of primary and secondary waves. The dynamic elastic-plastic time history and elasto-plastic timehistory supplementary analysis were carried out by SAUSAGE and PERFORM 3D nonlinear elasto-plastic analysis software.The calculation results show that the expected seismic performance goal of this out-of-code high-rise project can be achievedby improving the reinforcement ratio of the local wall limb at the bottom, burying the steel plate, and thickening the localfloor. Finally, the relevant measures taken by this project to deal with structural overruns were given.
