摘要: 長沙五礦廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目 T1 塔樓屬于超 A 級(jí)高度的超限高層建筑,采用帶環(huán)桁架的混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 塔樓獨(dú)特的建筑造型使其在 21 層及 31 層有立面收進(jìn),使用功能也由辦公轉(zhuǎn)變成酒店及公寓,并且在機(jī)電層布置轉(zhuǎn)換桁架,將上部樓層不能落地的結(jié)構(gòu)柱的荷載傳遞給主框架柱. 采用多個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件進(jìn)行了多遇地震及風(fēng)荷載作用下的彈性分析,并進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析. 結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)收進(jìn)所采用的加強(qiáng)措施合理有效.

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise structure with elevation setbacks in Changsha Minmetals Square

Abstract: Changsha Minmetals Square T1 Tower is an out-of-code high-rise building exceeding A-level requirement ofheight in the Chinese code, which adopts the reinforcement concrete frame-core wall structural system with belt truss. Theunique architecture design makes the architectural form have elevation setbacks at 21 and 31 floors and the use function alsotransforms from the office to the hotel and apartment. The transfer truss was arranged at mechanical room floor to transferthe loads of the structural columns that cannot land on the upper floor to the main frame columns. Multiple structuralanalysis programs were used to perform elastic analysis under the frequent earthquake and wind load, and perform dynamicelastoplastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake. The results show that the structure can meet the setting of theseismic performance objectives, and the strengthening measures adopted by the structure for elevation setbacks arereasonable and effective.
