某超限高層辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)與抗震性能分析

摘要: 某高層辦公樓建筑高度為 249. 70m,為超 B 級超限高層建筑,同時(shí)有多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),采用地下室外墻與基坑支護(hù)地下連續(xù)墻合為一體的兩墻合一方案. 風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)表明,風(fēng)荷載為非控制工況,地震作用為控制工況. 采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,進(jìn)行了不同地震水準(zhǔn)作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)彈性和彈塑性分析,采取了有針對性的抗震加強(qiáng)措施,減少因超限和其他不規(guī)則性所帶來的抗震不利影響. 對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有針對性的專項(xiàng)分析,包括樓板應(yīng)力分析,連梁支撐樓面梁解決方案分析,穿層柱屈曲分析,施工模擬分析,抗連續(xù)倒塌分析.分析結(jié)果表明,本工程能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo) C. 各項(xiàng)結(jié)果均滿足規(guī)范要求.

Structural design points and performance-based seismic analysis of an out-of-code high-rise office building

Abstract: The building height of a high-rise office building is 249. 70m, which is a super B super high-rise building, atthe same time, there are many irregularities, and the reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure is adopted, and thetwo-wall integration plan of combining the basement exterior wall and the foundation pit support diaphragm wall is adopted.The wind tunnel test shows that the wind load is uncontrolled condition and the seismic action is controlled condition. Theperformance-based seismic design method was adopted to analyze the structure's elasticity and elastic-plasticity under theaction of different seismic levels, and targeted seismic strengthening measures were taken to reduce the seismic adverseeffects caused by out-of-code and other irregularities. Special targeted analysis were carried out for the structure, includingfloor stress analysis, floor beam solution analysis supported by coupling beams, buckling analysis of columns through floors,construction simulation analysis, and continuous collapse resistance analysis. The analysis results show that the project canachieve the expected seismic performance target C. All results meet the code requirements.
