中國國際絲路中心大廈超高層結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性分析

摘要: 中國國際絲路中心大廈建筑高度 498m,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度 482. 5m,屬于超高層建筑. 首先分析了現(xiàn)行規(guī)范剛重比計算公式的適用條件,然后依據(jù)本項(xiàng)目樓層質(zhì)量、地震作用和風(fēng)荷載的實(shí)際分布情況,對現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中的剛重比計算公式進(jìn)行修正. 通過采用修正后的剛重比計算公式對本項(xiàng)目的整體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行評價,結(jié)果表明項(xiàng)目整體穩(wěn)定性滿足要求,但需要考慮結(jié)構(gòu)的重力二階效應(yīng). 采用 ETABS 軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體屈曲分析,結(jié)果表明,塔樓具有較好的整體穩(wěn)定性. 線彈性屈曲分析計算得到的剛重比數(shù)值與修正后的剛重比公式計算得到的數(shù)值較為接近,前者略大于后者,可見采用修正后的剛重比公式對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計偏安全.

Overall stability analysis of super high-rise structure of China International Silk Road Center Building

Abstract: The building height of China International Silk Road Center Building is 498m, and the height of the mainstructure is 482. 5m, which is a super high-rise building. Firstly the applicable conditions of the calculation formula of thestiffness-to-weight ratio in the current code was analyzed, then the calculation formula of the stiffness-to-weight ratio in thecurrent code was revised according to the actual distribution of the project′s floor mass, earthquake action and wind load.The overall stability of the project was evaluated by using the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio calculation formula, and theresults show that the overall stability of the project meets the requirements, but the second-order effect of gravity of thestructure needs to be considered. The overall buckling analysis of the structure was carried out by ETABS software, and theresults show that the tower has good overall stability. The stiffness-to-weight ratio value calculated by linear elastic bucklinganalysis is close to the value calculated by the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio formula, and the former is slightly larger thanthe latter, which shows that the design using the revised stiffness-to-weight ratio formula is safer.
