渠式切割水泥土連續(xù)墻(TRD)在贛江某綜合整治工程中的應(yīng)用

摘 要

摘要: 在水利防滲工程中,渠式切割水泥土連續(xù)墻(TRD)作為防滲墻,其設(shè)計(jì)方法、施工控制要點(diǎn)和實(shí)施效果有待進(jìn)一步的研究. 依托江西贛江某綜合整治工程,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目工程地質(zhì)特點(diǎn),比較不同防滲墻的施工優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計(jì)了聯(lián)合雙輪銑深層攪拌技術(shù)(CSM)的 TRD 施工方案,通過試成墻試驗(yàn),確定了 TRD 的施工參數(shù),并對成墻質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了鉆孔取芯和地質(zhì)雷達(dá)檢測. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:TRD 防滲墻在富水圓礫地層中施工效果較好,成墻速度 8 ~ 10m/ d. 鉆孔取芯檢測結(jié)果表明:芯樣率較高,完整性好,防滲墻連續(xù)均勻;芯樣無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度為 1. 4 ~ 1. 9MPa,滲透系數(shù)小于 1×10-6cm/ s,強(qiáng)度、滲透性等滿足防滲性能要求. 地質(zhì)雷達(dá)檢測結(jié)果顯示:TRD 防滲墻成墻完整性好,墻體均勻連續(xù)且達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)深度.

Abstract: The design methods, construction control points and working performance of trench-cutting re-mixing deep-wall(TRD) as a diaphragm wall in water conservancy and seepage control projects need further study. Based on acomprehensive renovation project of Ganjiang river in Jiangxi Province, different types of diaphragm wall for seepage controlwere compared, and TRD combined with cutter soil mixing (CSM) technology was chosen according to the geological andengineering characteristics of the project. Through in-situ experiment, the construction parameters of TRD was determined.The quality of TRD after construction was investigated through laboratory tests on borehole drilled samples and in-situground penetrating radar (GPR) detection. The results show that the diaphragm wall using TRD has good constructionfeasibility in water-rich gravel stratum, and its formation speed can reach 8 ~ 10m/ d. Laboratory tests on borehole drilledsamples indicate that the core recovery rate is high, the integrity is good and the diaphragm wall is continuous anduniformity. The measured unconfined compressive strength is 1. 4 ~ 1. 9 MPa, and the permeability is smaller than 1 ×10-6cm/ s, and the strength and permeability meet the requirements of working performance. The in-situ GPR detectionresults show that the constructed TRD has good integrity with uniform and continuous wall body reaching the designeddepth.
